Just Like Flipkart. Now, Cash on Delivery for Your Train Tickets

Just Like Flipkart. Now, Cash on Delivery for Your Train Tickets
New Delhi:  You can now book a rail ticket online and get it delivered at home where the payment can be made.

Initiating this "cash on delivery" (CoD) system rail ticketing, IRCTC is targeting those customers who are reluctant to use their credit or debit cards as well as those who don't have net-banking facility.
"One has to just book the ticket online and payments will be made at the time of delivery of tickets," said a senior IRCTC official involved with the project.
This scheme has been launched on pilot basis and the service will be available in more than 200 cities initially.

Customers can book a ticket 5 days prior to commencement of journey.

While Rs. 40 will be charged for the delivery of each Sleeper Class ticket, Rs. 60 will be charged for an AC class ticket.

Anduril Technologies through their website and their App - BookMyTrain.com - is authorised for providing CoD services.

This is another attempt to move people away from the ticket counters and decongest the booking windows, the official said.

Whatsapp started ban wave for WhatsApp+ plus & WhatsAppMD users !

It’s been long time since modders and developers were trying to mod one of the most popular apps on play store , Whatsapp to make it more beautiful and useful , But…

Unofficial stuff is after all illegal stuff ,

From where and when it started ?

One of first real mod of official whatsapp was made by a developer known as a nickname of RAFALENSE and he called his mod as a “Whatsapp+” as it adds more functions and features to whatsapp app in 2012 on XDA forums . And obviously such mods will get popular because popularity of original app was high. There were around 700 pages on Whatsapp+ thread on XDA . Then Whatsapp officials got the news of a developer who was working on their app for free without paying any kind of money. So DMCA and copyright rules were applied as an legal action to XDA officials and requested removal of threads and download links .
At that time that app was popular enough so rafalense (Developer) continued mod via social networks like google+ page and then google+ community . He started providing download links there and on his website . Users of this mod continued using that app and Whatsapp+ got more and more features over the time he added hiding online status (Last seen) feature so that one can hide last seen but it needed a plugin called “PLUS DONATION” (paid plugin) which WAS on play store few months ago .So developer started to earn revenue from that plugin , Donation links and ads . Popularity of the app was already high and still is .
Then some crackers like Osama Ghareeb and Rahil Bhimjiani started to crack that Whatsapp+ apk so that anyone can hide last seen without that plugin (PLUS DONATION) .Switching between websites due to whatsapp’s official notices ,removal of plus donation from play store, amazon app store’s failure and many more reasons rafalense decided to remove PLUS DONATION need from app and give it for free. Then Rahil started to added some material design and Osama added his own features to it .
At GOOGLE I/O 2014 google announced new awesome design concept for android apps called MATERIAL DESIGN Developers and modders already knew that official developers of whatsapp will take much time to update whatsapp to material design cause in past at the time of ICS/JELLY BEAN’s holo ui whatsapp developers took much time to update app to holo design .
Material Design is so cool that many users wanted material design for whatsapp so developer Joaquin Cuitiño known as Vextil released his mod having material design look on Reddit and it got popular quickly and its development is continued via his google+ community and many modders and themers are theming WhatsappMD (MD=Material Design) to get own color of choice.

What’s Happening now?!

Developers and modders all do their work in apktool to modify code and PNGs but it is not the pure form of source code as it should in java and Whatsapp apk is also proguarded so strings are also encrypted .
Because of not obeying warnings and still continuing whatsapp+ and whatsappMD development whatsapp officials decided to take strict actions against it and they started to ban few users few weeks ago but amount of banned users were so low that we can believe that whatsapp officials were testing it and gathering data of all unofficial app users.
They are not stopping only Whatsapp+ users they are also  banning WhatsappMD (or any other 3rd party mod) users too so it seems like they started to check MD5 or SHA-1 from server to phone

Black Day for Whatsapp+ & WhatsappMD users :(

Today about 2 hours ago on 21-01-2015 time 12:00 am IST whatsapp officials started BAN wave to all users who were using unofficial mods of whatsapp . Whatsapp banned such users for 24 hours as a 1st WARNING.
Installing original apk from whatsapp.com/android or play store doesnt work cause ban is from server so once app will be connected to server users will get ban message and will redirect to FAQ page
Whatsapp Redirects to FAQ page on banBan message

What Should you do now?

If you are already banned user then you should wait for the fix from rafalene until he fixes you should divert your mind to other activities rather than playing around your phone.

If you are lucky and still everything is OK for you we suggest you to uninstall any mods you have installed of whatsapp and download from official download page .and install it .

This Beautiful 'Tesla Of Scooters' Ditches Charging Cords In Favor Of Battery Swap Stations

Gogoro
Everyone's been buzzing about the Gogoro, the so-called "Tesla of scooters," so I decided to check it out at this year's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
The Gogoro is a futuristic smart scooter that is entirely electric.
It can reach speeds just shy of 60 mph, and it features a killer design with parts that are machine tooled using the same techniques that high-end sports cars use.
Gogoro
The high level of design also extends to software inside the Gogoro, which allows for an incredible amount of customization. Riders can use the Gogoro app with their iPhone or Android to change the colors of the lights, monitor their battery usage, find a battery swap station, call for help if they crash, or locate where they parked.

When you speed up, the Gogoro's headlight increases in brightness to throw the light further in front of you.
The real genius of the Gogoro, however, is its state-of-the-art battery switching system, which gets rid of the hassle of charging up your battery by having users swap out the two batteries nestled underneath the seat instead.
 Gogoro

No more sitting around waiting to go somewhere with your scooter plugged in.
When I was shown a demo of the battery switching in work, the entire process of turning in your batteries and getting two fresh ones was incredibly easy, and while I wasn't counting, Gogoro claims it only takes 6 seconds.
 Gogoro

You just pull out the batteries, slot them into the station, grab the two fresh new batteries that are released to you, slot them into the scooter any which way, and you're on your way again.
The scooter's intelligent software not only monitors your Gogoro for any potential issues, but it also monitors your riding habits to see when you tend to recharge, and it can actually talk to the other charging stations so that they can anticipate where and when you'll stop by, much like a commuter's tendency to stop by the same gas station on the way home from work.
Besides being convenient, this also helps the Gogoro stations use energy efficiently and extend the life of the batteries by not continually charging them.
You really notice the top-notch design of the Gogoro when you take a look at the scooter's machined skeleton.

A large majority of the vehicle's structure is one, machined piece of metal, and there are also multiple places to attach accessories such as saddle bags, clips for attaching grocery bags, baskets for groceries, and even a frame for holding a basketball if you're on your way to work out.
While there still isn't a launch date or price, Gogoro CEO Horace Luke told me that they're targeting people between the ages of 18 and 28, and since you'll pay for access to the battery station with a subscription like Netflix, the company will be able to offer a highly designed scooter for a competitive price.
You can see what the Gogoro looks like in action below, or head on over to the website for more details.

Lubrication System

The lubrication system is a very vital link within the engine. There are two differnet ways of lubrication within different engines they are: the splash system and the pressure-feed system. The pressure-feed system is used in more modernized engines while the splash sytem is used in most fractional horse power and outboard engines. In this paragraph we will be talking about the pressure-feed system. In this system oil is forced by the oil pump through oil lines and drilled passageways. As the oil passes throught the drilled passageway it is under pressure and lubricates the crankshaft main bearings, the connecting rod bearings, camshaft bearings, piston-pin bushings, camshaft bearings, hvalve lifters, valve push rods and rocker studs. The cylinder walls are lubricated by the spinning of the connecting rod and piston bearins, as they spin oil is throw of and thus lubricating the cylinder walls. In some engines there are oil spit holes which line up with drilled holes and in revolution throw the oil against the cylinder walls thus another way of lubricating the cylinder walls.
Oil pump and pick up screen
For oil to be able to pass the drilled pasageways in the engine block to the crankshaft the main bearins need to have oil-feed holes which line up with the drilled holes in the crankshaft which line up each time the crankshaft turns. This is the same case for the connecting-rod bearings and the drilled passageways in the connecting-rod. The oil in the drilled passageways is under pressure so when the holes line up the oil is forced through them. After the oil has been forced into the required area it falls back down into the oil pan ready to be picked up again and circulated on and on. While the oil falls to the oil pan it is splashed against parts of the engine that need lubrication.
Now I'm going to go into detail about the splash sytem of lubrication. The splash system is only used on small engines such as a lawn mower engine or a small dirt bike. While the engine is running, dippers from the connecting rods enter the oil supply and pick up enough oil to lubricate the connecting rod bearings which will splash oil up to the top parts of the engine. When the oil is thrown it is something like a spray and then lubricates the cylinder walls and the pistons pins. The crankshaft main bearings are lubricated by small oil cups which catch oil and splash it again.
Main Parts of the Lubrication System
Oil supply - The main supply of oil which is held in the oil pan, this is poured into the case by the oil filter, and the amount you have in your engine is read by reading the graduated oil-guage rod also known as the dip stick.
Oil Pump - The oil pump is used to make the pressure needed to make sure all the oil is circulated to every part of the engine. It is customary for the oil pump to be submerged in the oil supply.
Oil Regulator and Relief Valve - This is used to free high pressure that has been produced by high engine speed. This consists of either a ball and spring or a plunger and spring.
Oil pump and pick up screen
Oil Filter - This is exactly what it says. It filters the oil. We need to do this because the oil is running through the engine all the time and it may pick up particles of stuff that can harm or break or scratch parts of the engine and the oil filter helps prevent this.

--->>Modern vehicle engines use a pressure or force-feed lubrication system where the oil is forced around the engine under pressure. Let’s look at gasoline engines first.
Oil won’t flow up into the engine by itself so a pump collects it through a pickup tube and a strainer, and forces it through an oil filter, then into passageways in the engine block, called galleries.
The galleries allow oil to be fed to the camshaft bearings, the valve mechanism, and the crankshaft main bearings. Holes drilled in the crankshaft webs allow the main bearings to supply oil to the big-end bearings.
After circulating through the engine, the oil falls back to the sump to cool. This is called a wet-sump lubrication system because the oil is kept in the sump ready for the next time it’s used.
Some special engines use a dry sump lubrication system. It uses all of the parts that make up a wet sump system and it lubricates the engine in the same way.
It differs from the wet sump system in the way the oil circulates. In a dry sump system, the oil falls to the bottom of the engine into an oil collection pan. A scavenge pump then pumps it to an oil tank where it is stored until the normal oil pump collects it and pumps it through the filter and engine in the normal way.
Because there is no oil storage sump under the engine, the engine can be mounted much lower than in a wet sump system.
The oil tank can be positioned away from the engine where it can get best cooling. And the amount of oil in the system can be much greater than in the wet sump system.
Diesel engines are lubricated in much the same way as gasoline engines but there are differences.
Diesel engines typically operate at the top end of their power range so their operating temperatures are usually higher than those in similar gasoline engines, so the parts in diesel engines are usually more stressed.
As a result, diesel oils need a different range of properties and are classified differently.
It’s common for some diesel engines to use an oil cooler to cool the oil in the engine. The cooler and oil filter are usually on the same mounting on the cylinder block.
